Apparently this rider was attempting to go 300 kilometers per hour (185 mph).  Look how close he/she came to doing it.  The speedometer is in kph.  The conversion is like this:

100 Km/H is equal to 62 MPH
 200 Km/H is equal to 124 MPH
 250 Km/H is equal to 155 MPH
 300 Km/H is equal to 185 MPH

Bear with the first 20 seconds of the footage - the bike is doing a wheelie and all you can see is sky, but watch the speedomoter.  Here goes:
